Creative Destination Wedding // I love shooting weddings and elopements in Copenhagen! Copenhagen is the must visit city in Scandinavia and is a buzzing multicultural mixture of great food, design, art, and architecture. It is also super easy and affordable to get married in Copenhagen (Copenhagen City Hall), with very little bureaucratically and paperwork compared to a lot of other countries in Europe.  Most of my couples in Copenhagen are international and love to take the opportunity to show them around the city and create some art together!

For these three laid-back Germans above (dog included of course) it was their first time in Copenhagen and they wanted some artistic wedding photos and to check out some cool alternative areas. The shoot was split into two parts; a few hours in the morning in the hipster Nørrebro and a night session in the city centre. Superkilen in Nørrebro is a red painted urban-park which is an epic non-traditional spot for taking wedding portraits. And then for the night session, we had fun with some flash photography outside of the Tivilo and then explored Copenhagen's Central Station to finish the night. These two didn't want anything that resembled wedding photography instead they were after creative and interesting "wedding photography" that was honest to them as creatives. This is exactly what I like to hear from my wedding clients and it gives me the freedom to do what I do best!

I also love brides in black, such a winner!
